Desert in Spring
Nothing so beautiful as Spring bloom in the desert. The rain in Winter of 2023 brought a beautiful bloom season to the local Southern California desert. Here in this mixed medium artwork I am trying to convey the Oranges and Pink colors of the desert sunset. Doodling in acrylic paint markers the foliage, and sky of a desert scene. The center focal point includes a little hummingbird that is so prevalent in our area and provide endless entertainment for birders.
